IVAN is a post-apocalyptic drama set in the New Middle Ages, several centuries after ecological catastrophes and wars conspired to destroy civilization, as we know it today.
While humans struggle to rebuild the civilization on the ruins of the former cities, the creatures of the contaminated “Zones”, with all their magic powers, bitterly resist the re-humanization of the world.
The story is compiled of fragments and images from Russian folklore organized around a stringent modern plot.
